Floor 1: Children and Adult Restroom
Another important aspect of keeping our building safe is following our bathroom policies
Staff members and servants should never take a child alone to the restroom.
Staff members and servants will stand in the entrance of the restroom with the door open when taking a group of children to the restroom (put one foot in one foot out).
Any assistance with the straightening or fastening of garments should be done in the presence of another staff member or servant.
If an adult has to use a restroom that children use, the adult will display the yellow “wet floor” sign outside the door.
This is a signal to other servants that children should not go in the bathroom until the adult exits.
Adult only restrooms are located on the 1st floor of the children’s building and the commons area.
