At the end of last year we asked you to go to our website (watkinsville.org) and click on the "My Watkinsville" link at the top in order to access your giving records for the year. In light of the church switching our data management software in June, we want to ensure as much as possible that our records are accurate before we make giving statements available. We have been alerted and been able to correct several problems often due to duplicate records in our system. If you haven't gone online, logged in and checked your giving records, please try to do that as soon as possible. Also please let our financial secretary, Deborah Shepherd (email@example.com), know if you notice a discrepancy with your records. This will help our finance office tremendously.
To check your giving, you must first:
- establish a user account by clicking the link "My Watkinsville" on the top of our home page watkinsville.org
- click on the "Create Account" button in the middle of the page and follow the instructions
After creating an account, you will see your name in the "contact record" slot. If you have others in your family, please click the arrows next to your name to see their name(s) listed. Only click on the "Add Family Member" button if someone from your family is not listed.
Once you have created your user account, you can click on the "My Giving" link on the right side of the page to access your giving for the year.
