Move Conference is a 2 day event for students coming January 2-3, 2015. It will be hosted at the Classic Center in Athens. Students from around the state will be attending Move. Here are a few details if you are interested in registering through Watkinsville Students:


Registration Cost: $65 for conference + 2 meals          

Money and Registration is due by November 30.

12pm: Doors Open (meet up with other Watkinsville Students to get ticket and sit together)

5pm: Dinner Break (Watkinsville Group will provide a meal and eat together)

7pm: Session 3

9pm: Late Night Concert

11pm: Pick up students at Classic Center

How do I register and pay? Simply go to our registration page and fill out the form. You can then pay online or in person. Note: All registrants must fill out the online form. You can pay in person by check or cash (check written to Watkinsville First Baptist and cash in an envelope with registrant name) by dropping payment in the dropbox next to the youth room.

What do I receive with my ticket purchase? You receive entrance into the conference and two meals- one on Friday and one on Saturday.

Will there be leaders? Yes we are looking for parents and other adults to serve as leaders. These leaders will sit with our students and help with the two meals. You can sign up to be a leader and your ticket cost for the conference will only be $25.

How will the meals work? There is a two hour break for dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday. For those who purchase tickets through Watkinsville the meals are provided and included in the ticket price. Our entire group will walk from the classic center to the Lay community center where both meals will be catered in the gymnasium.

Where is the Lay community center? The community center is about a five minute walk from the classic center. As a group we will walk together both to and from the event for meals.

As a parent, can I attend? Yes we need people to serve as chaperones and to help with meals. You can sign up on our registration page and receive the discounted rate for leaders.

Where will I drop off my student? We will be sending this info out a couple weeks before the event. The room used for the Move Conference will determine the best drop off location. 

How will I get my ticket? A couple of weeks before the event we will send out an email with detailed information about how you will get your ticket and where to meet us at the event.
